How We Help

Meeting Everyday Needs With Love

At Small Things, Big Love, we believe some of the greatest acts of kindness begin with meeting the simplest needs.

A bottle of shampoo. A clean outfit. Diapers for a baby. Laundry detergent. A warm blanket. School supplies for a child.

These things may seem small, but when a person or family is struggling, they can make a very big difference.

Our goal is to connect the generosity of our community with individuals and families who could use a helping hand.

Essentials & Personal Care

We collect and distribute everyday necessities such as:

Hygiene & Personal Care

Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine hygiene products, razors, and other personal-care essentials.

Baby & Children's Needs

Diapers, wipes, baby-care products, clothing, blankets, books, toys, school supplies, and other necessities for children of all ages.

Clothing & Comfort

New and gently used clothing, shoes, coats, blankets, and other items that provide comfort and meet basic needs.

Household Essentials

Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, paper products, and other everyday household necessities.

Special & Seasonal Needs

When resources allow, we hope to help with school supplies, birthdays, holidays, cold-weather necessities, emergency situations, and other special needs within our community.

More Than Things

Our mission goes beyond providing supplies.

We want every person who reaches out to Small Things, Big Love to be treated with kindness, dignity, compassion, and respect.

Life can change quickly, and needing help should never be a reason to feel ashamed. Sometimes we all need someone to stand beside us.

Our purpose is not to judge someone's circumstances. It is simply to ask:

“How can we help?”

How Assistance Works

Individuals and families may contact us or complete our Request Help form to tell us what they need.

Because Small Things, Big Love is supported by donations and community generosity, assistance is based on the items and resources available at the time of each request. While we may not always be able to fulfill every need, we will do what we can with what we have.

It Takes a Community

Every person can be part of this mission.

Whether you donate one bottle of shampoo, organize a collection drive, volunteer your time, share our page, or help connect us with someone in need—you are helping.

One small act may seem like a drop in the bucket, but to the person receiving it, it may mean the world.

Small Things, Big Love

Small acts. Big impact. Love in action.

“Let all that you do be done in love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:14
